I think we need to do some deep soul searching about what's important in our lives and renew our spirit and our spiritual thinking, whether it's through faith-based religion or just through loving nature or helping your fellow man.
All these walls that keep us from loving each other as one family or one race — racism, religion, where we grew up, whatever, class, socioeconomic — what makes us be so selfish and prideful, what keeps us from wanting to help the next man, what makes us be so focused on a personal legacy as opposed to the entire legacy of a race.
Animals have come to mean so much in our lives. We live in a fragmented and disconnected culture. Politics are ugly, religion is struggling, technology is stressful, and the economy is unfortunate. What's one thing that we have in our lives that we can depend on? A dog or a cat loving us unconditionally, every day, very faithfully.
I think for any relationship to be successful, there needs to be loving communication, appreciation, and understanding.
Happiness is having a large, loving, caring, close-knit family in another city.
Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage.
Beauty has so many forms, and I think the most beautiful thing is confidence and loving yourself.
