Watch your manner of speech if you wish to develop a peaceful state of mind. Start each day by affirming peaceful, contented and happy attitudes and your days will tend to be pleasant and successful.
Work hard, stay positive, and get up early. It's the best part of the day.
Every day I feel is a blessing from God. And I consider it a new beginning. Yeah, everything is beautiful.
Some days, 24 hours is too much to stay put in, so I take the day hour by hour, moment by moment. I break the task, the challenge, the fear into small, bite-size pieces. Not in a dictatorial fashion, but in a way of creating options, open-ended sort of personal itineraries within a building. And I see that as akin to cinematography or choreography, where episodic movement, episodic moments, occur in dance and film.
Write every day. You don't have to write about anything specific, but you should exercise your writing muscle constantly.
