If you're funny, if there's something that makes you laugh, then every day's going to be okay.
If you wish to preserve your secret, wrap it up in frankness.
My fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.
You work hard, you sacrifice for everything you do, and in one second, someone can tarnish your name — someone can bad-mouth you, and someone can say things. People let all of the good things gets washed away because someone spoke ill of them.
I love flying; I love aircraft, and you could say I've had a love affair with flight since I was a child. I travel a huge amount. I use airports, and as a pilot, I've flown in and out of airports thousands of times, so really, I have a fairly broad perspective.
Everything must change and you do what you can with the changes that are made. You can't stop it. You can't fight it. Everybody tries to go back to yesterday, but you can't go back to yesterday. The only time there is, is now.

There comes a point in your life when you realize how quickly time goes by, and how quickly it has gone. Then it really speeds up exponentially. With that, I think you start to put a lot of things into context; you start to see how huge the world is, and really, the universe.

You're not going to become a great manager overnight. You're not going to become a great public speaker or figure out how to raise money. These are the things you want to start the clock on as early as possible.
This generation is so dead. You ask a kid, 'What are you doing this Saturday?' and they'll be playing video games or watching cable, instead of building model cars or airplanes or doing something creative. Kids today never say, 'Man, I'm really into remote-controlled steamboats'.
You must study to be frank with the world: Frankness is the child of honesty and courage.
