How people treat you is their karma; how you react is yours.
Saving our planet, lifting people out of poverty, advancing economic growth... these are one and the same fight. We must connect the dots between climate change, water scarcity, energy shortages, global health, food security and women's empowerment. Solutions to one problem must be solutions for all.
Government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the Earth.
It is more important to click with people than to click the shutter.
Sometimes I forget how much people look at you as their hero. I forget that.
People talk about physical fitness, but mental health is equally important. I see people suffering, and their families feel a sense of shame about it, which doesn't help. One needs support and understanding. I am now working on an initiative to create awareness about anxiety and depression and help people.
That's one thing people don't know about me — I eat in my sleep. I can't keep things in the house; I literally have in my refrigerator water, coconut water, orange juice, hemp milk and like, tea bags. And that's really it. Because I eat in my sleep.
I'm very interested in the impact of biotechnology on the way people live.

It's much easier to get a reception from someone if there is an introduction versus randomly trying to get in front of people.
I've been amazed watching people who are not ready with their scripts when they're getting a lot of attention.
Be kind. It's worthwhile to make an effort to learn about other people and figure out what you might have in common with them.
