We should be biased toward action. We are trying to be a nimble and cohesive culture where people can be heard and there is openness and innovation.
When the seasons shift, even the subtle beginning, the scent of a promised change, I feel something stir inside me. Hopefulness? Gratitude? Openness? Whatever it is, it's welcome.
Openness, respect, integrity — these are principles that need to underpin pretty much every other decision that you make.

We need to reject any politics that targets people because of race or religion. This isn't a matter of political correctness. It's a matter of understanding what makes us strong. The world respects us not just for our arsenal; it respects us for our diversity and our openness and the way we respect every faith.
