Consider a tree for a moment. As beautiful as trees are to look at, we don't see what goes on underground — as they grow roots. Our task must be to free ourselves by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature and its beauty.
We live in a wonderful world that is full of beauty, charm and adventure. There is no end to the adventures that we can have if only we seek them with our eyes open.
It is not the beauty of a building you should look at; its the construction of the foundation that will stand the test of time.
