Beauty is an ecstasy; it is as simple as hunger. There is really nothing to be said about it. It is like the perfume of a rose: you can smell it and that is all.
The more I see of deer, the more I admire them as mountaineers. They make their way into the heart of the roughest solitudes with smooth reserve of strength, through dense belts of brush and forest encumbered with fallen trees and boulder piles, across canons, roaring streams, and snow-fields, ever showing forth beauty and courage.
There is beauty when something works and it works intuitively.
Beauty is in the heart of the beholder.
Rare is the union of beauty and purity.
Our task must be to free ourselves by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature and its beauty.
Consider a tree for a moment. As beautiful as trees are to look at, we don't see what goes on underground — as they grow roots. Trees must develop deep roots in order to grow strong and produce their beauty. But we don't see the roots. We just see and enjoy the beauty. In much the same way, what goes on inside of us is like the roots of a tree.
Beauty is the lover's gift.
The beauty comes with the balance. Everyone should find his own balance in his personal as well as his professional life. Once you do so, you will feel and look beautiful.
There is a kind of beauty in imperfection.
The more often we see the things around us — even the beautiful and wonderful things — the more they become invisible to us. That is why we often take for granted the beauty of this world: the flowers, the trees, the birds, the clouds — even those we love. Because we see things so often, we see them less and less.
The beauty of reading is that it lets you travel in a way you could never know.
Looking beautiful isn't just about what you apply on your face. It's the little things you do that matter. A combination of a good diet, exercise, healthy habits, discipline, dancing etc. is what my beauty routine consists of. Also, I have no bad habits; I don't drink or smoke. All these contribute to me being fit and looking good.
I can barely conceive of a type of beauty in which there is no Melancholy.
There's design, and there's art. Good design is total harmony. There's no better designer than nature — if you look at a branch or a leaf, it's perfect. It's all function. Art is different. It's about emotion. It's about suffering and beauty — but mostly suffering!
There is beauty and humility in imperfection.
When we contemplate the whole globe as one great dewdrop, striped and dotted with continents and islands, flying through space with other stars all singing and shining together as one, the whole universe appears as an infinite storm of beauty.
I feel French is very close to Urdu. Both languages are beautiful. Sadly, their beauty is lost in translation.
Love of beauty is taste. The creation of beauty is art.
Life isn't always really glamorous and fabulous. It's about encouraging people to go back to natural beauty.
