Sort by ratingI'm an entertainer. If people are paying good money for tickets they deserve the best show they can see. I don't get into lighting stuff on fire, but I do believe in going the extra mile.
I used to make my grandparents pay a dollar to watch me sing 'Grease' songs and 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow' in their living room. I was always an entertainer, and I would always do all that stuff, but it slowly evolved into a career, which is great, but it wasn't a plan.
I went further on less talent than anyone, but I was a damned good entertainer.
A good teacher, like a good entertainer first must hold his audience's attention, then he can teach his lesson.
